The dissection program
MediCampus Europeo organizes practical training of topographical anatomy by hand on work of cadaveric dissection in collaboration with the most renowned Universities in Europe.
Thanks to the dissection program being split into several step by step courses, all participants will be able to perform all of the techniques and procedures themselves under the supervision and with aid from the doctors of the Faculty. This is achieved thanks to the activities being carried out in rotation, letting every participant of the course get the chance to observe several dissections throughout the whole body, not only one. The dissections are carried out on corpses provided by the University Center for Surgical Anatomy by the doctors of the Faculty. Thanks to this, all participants will be provided with the unique opportunity to touch body tissues similar to the living ones in person.
Objectives
- Dissecting and observing structures
- Comprehensive understanding of anatomical relationships
